What do I get with a digital download purchase?

Each digital download purchase comes with one high-resolution 300 DPI JPEG for printing most standard sizes up to 18x24”.

How long will it take for my physical item to ship?

Prints, wine bags, wine charms, and coasters will be processed and shipped between 1 to 3 business days. Totes, mugs, pillows and phone cases will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of your order. Once an item has shipped, you’ll be notified with the tracking information. Though we ask that you allow the full number of days for processing, many items will ship out sooner.

Can I resell the digital prints?

Absolutely NOT. Digital prints are for personal use only. For additional information, please refer to our policies.

What happens after I purchase a digital item?

Once your payment clears, you’ll be emailed a link for immediate download.

I still haven’t received my digital download?

Please email sales@jettyhome.com if you are having any issues with the download process.

Do you offer customizations (size, color) digital prints?

We do! Email us at sales@jettyhome.com with details so we can quote a custom price.

Is there a printing service you recommend?

While home printing is always an option, you may prefer to send it to a professional for printing. We recommend VistaPrint and Shutterfly. Many of our digital prints are available as physical prints in the print shop. Don't see the print you want there? Email us at sales@jettyhome.com so we can add it.
