Current production times prior to shipping are as follows:

  • Unframed Prints: 2-4 business days
  • Unframed Canvases: 3-4 business days
  • Framed Prints: 3-5 business days
  • Framed Canvases: 3-5 business days

Processing time for originals is currently taking 5-10 business days prior to shipment.

Once an item has shipped, you’ll be notified with the tracking information. Though we ask that you allow the full number of days for processing, many items will ship out sooner. Please contact us prior to ordering for international shipping estimates on original work.

Different carriers are used for different products. Within the US, we use USPS for smaller sized prints and canvases, and FedEx or UPS for larger items. Orders from countries outside the US will utilize local shipping partners (Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc).

Smaller print sizes are able to be shipped flat with minimal risk of damage. We protect our fine art paper prints by placing them in a plastic bag before shipping. After being bagged, art prints up to 8x10” are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes. Prints 11x14” and larger are rolled and mailed inside kraft mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage. Our stretched canvas prints are bagged in a protective plastic layer, and then sealed in a corrugated box before shipping.

Framed prints and canvases are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap before being boxed.

All items ship for free with Standard Shipping (5-10+ business days for delivery including production times) within the United States. US customers are also able to upgrade shipping to Priority (4-7+ business days for delivery including production times) or Express (2-4+ business days for delivery including production times) for a fee at checkout depending on the product.

For US customers, we offer several options for shipping at checkout -- all with applicable time ranges:

  • Free/Standard Shipping (5-10+ business days for delivery including production times)
  • Priority Shipping (4-7+ business days for delivery including production times)
  • Express Shipping (2-4+ business days for delivery including production times)

The free shipping option utilizes either USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx/UPS Ground, which usually takes between 2-6 business days or more domestically once production is finished. If you'd like something quicker, please select "Priority Shipping" or "Express Shipping" at checkout.

Please provide the correct address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will be more than happy to ship it again but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

See our policy page for full details on how returns are handled. As all of our items are printed to order, we provide a store credit for returned unframed prints and unframed canvases only. Original paintings, framed prints and framed canvases are not eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and all items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Received an item that isn’t absolutely perfect on arrival? No worries! It would be our pleasure to get you a replacement ASAP.

All damaged, defective and incorrect items are eligible for full replacement only. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us with a description of the damage and, if possible, pictures by emailing sales@jettyhome.com within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, there will be no need to send the damaged items back.

Smaller prints are shipped flat and ready to frame! If you would like a more matte/glass free finish we suggest placing your print in front of the glass provided in the frame so all spacing remains the same for the integrity of the frame.

Larger prints may require some time to relax before framing. They are shipped in a tube to prevent creasing or folding during shipment. We suggest rolling your print in the opposite direction of the curl around the tube and lightly taping it in this position (be sure to keep the print inside the plastic packaging to avoid damage from the adhesive). After about an hour your print should be much flatter and easier to frame. You can also simply unpackage the prints and let them rest for a day or two in a safe place. Another option is to lay them flat and place a book on each end, please make sure to do so on a hard even surface to prevent any creases.

For best results hanging heavy pieces such as the framed canvases, we recommend using two nails on either side of the back frame to affix the canvas to the wall. In our opinion, this is a much more sturdy option for heavy pieces. Find the steps in the framed canvas hanging guide.

The unframed or framed canvas options are best if you are worried about glare or reflection on your artwork. Both of these use no glazing and, therefore, will have much less of a reflection than the framed art prints. Framed art prints use acrylic perspex glazing.

With over 1,400 designs in many size and material variations, we proudly offer all of our products printed on demand. This means that when we receive your order the items that you selected are produced and printed just for you! We love this process because it reduces waste and lets us keep offering new designs without having a warehouse filled with unused products.

While we strive to represent each painting and illustration as accurately as possible, please be aware that colors can vary from your screen to printing if you are not viewing on a calibrated device. If this is a concern, we suggest checking the listing on a couple of different devices to get the best understanding of the color prior to ordering. Additionally, we can offer samples (see below).

Yes! If you are unsure about a color for a larger piece we can offer a sample prior to ordering for a small cost. Please note that samples always need to be ordered in the same substrate to accurately reflect the final colors as the two substrates (prints and canvases) absorb and reflect light slightly differently.

Our printers outside the US use centimeters instead of inches. As such, all sizes we use are converted from our standard inch sizes to the nearest centimeter size for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY. For a full reference chart, please visit our international order information page here.

There are a few sizes and products that we will be unable to offer for the time being for orders outside the US, including all 5x7” and 36”x48” prints and print sets in addition to all 6"x6," 36”x36” and 36”x48” canvases. If you order those sizes and products and we are unable to fulfill the order, you’ll be provided with a full refund.

For international orders that are not produced in your country (see above list), customers are responsible for ANY AND ALL duties, taxes, and fees due upon import into their respective countries. No refund will be provided if customer refuses to pay duties on arrival.

Please be aware that all originals ship from Southern California, USA.

In accordance with EU law, we have a 14 day return policy in place to receive the undamaged, unused product back prior to refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping back to California, USA. Returns outside the EU are not accepted at this time.
