While I was happy with the quality of the artwork and framing, I was disappointed that the hardware was not included.

For framed canvases, like the one you ordered, we intentionally do not include hanging hardware due to the weight of the pieces. Instead, they are designed to hang securely using nails or screws placed directly under the back frame, which we’ve found to be a sturdier and easier method for larger artwork. This information is included in the Canvas Details section of the listing, and we also provide a digital hanging guide (linked on the listing) with step-by-step instructions. An instruction insert should also have been included with your package with the same guidance.

Poor value for the money, not worth as much as they charge. Also frames are overpriced. I would expect better then just printed dots. Also, it looks better online then in person

I do want to note that I am the original artist who created this piece, and the surfboard set is intentionally minimalist by design -- created as a graphic, dot-based illustration rather than a textured or painterly work. The imagery and finish are accurately represented in the listing photos.
Framing is always optional and offered as a convenience for customers who prefer a ready-to-hang piece. I take great care in the quality of both my prints and canvases, as well as the framing materials used.
I completely understand that this style won’t be for everyone, but I truly appreciate you giving it a place in your home and sharing your perspective.

Jetty Home never fails! I previously commissioned a custom map of our local lake, and it turned out fantastic. I had been eyeing this triptych for my dining room for a while. I don't know why it took me so long to order it. Quality is top-notch and the white oak frame is the perfect driftwood color. And she customized the print to match the charcoal in the room. Love it!
