State Maps Are Back with New Designs!

I started a collection of state and territorial maps in October after designing a map of the U.S. Virgin Islands that’s purpose was to benefit the Hurricane Irma relief effort. Thankfully, that design is still selling strong and all of the profits are still being donated to My Brother’s Workshop. The original collection only started out with a few states, like California, Florida, Maryland and New York, but over the last several months I’ve been working hard to continually add more and more states. So far, I am up to about 25 designs with more coming out each and every...

New Collection: Beach Chic Decorating with Abstract Indigo Watercolors

Much of my latest work has been theme-focused, whether that be llamas, coastal cottage or seashells. But I recently had this hankering to circle back and begin exploring abstract designs again – something I haven’t really done fully since college! Though I had this idea for a few months, it took a bit of time to develop into a comprehensive vision for a new collection. New Collection: Modern Style for Any Farmhouse

Farmhouse style to absolutely EVERYWHERE right now. Regardless of what home décor store I go into it seems like people just can’t get enough of modern farmhouse flair. And completely understandably so – there is something so comforting about the simple color palettes and familiar iconography incorporated into many of these designs. With that in mind, I decided to work on another farmhouse inspired collection earlier this month. I knew I wanted to keep it clean and simple – similar to the style Joanna Gaines uses in so many of her interior designs. My first goal was to create a...

New Collection: Seaside Cottage Chic Artwork for Your Beach House

In early March I started feeling like I absolutely NEEDED to do some kind of coastal cottage inspired collection with pretty mints and beiges. I kept seeing inspiration everywhere and just knew that I had to translate that into my own designs ASAP. So I got to work on a whole bunch of designs that are both airy and bold in their beachy statement. Much of my work is hand painted, scanned in at high-resolution and digitized via Photoshop and Illustrator to create the finished product that you see. But, lately, I’ve been doing a lot of work on my...

New Collection: Flamingos and Palm Trees, Oh My!

In the middle of January, I decided that I needed to get back to my roots of tropical and coastal artwork after a string of beautiful, but decidedly non-beachy themes like kitchen garden, farmhouse chic, and agate. I was toying with ideas from beach cruisers (yes, a full line of prints based on my fav bicycle ever!) to abstract floral and literally everything in between. Finally, one day, it came to me. I needed something super bright and fun to kick start designing for the New Year. And a collection of flamingo and palm watercolors would do just the trick....
